Terms of Service
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
I. GENERAL TERMS.
Follow the rules provided in the commission journal.
If possible, please provide clear and neat references.
Please refrain from leaving a wall of text. Keep it short and sweet.
Please write professionally. Any ill behavior will not be tolerated.
Failure to comply will result in the termination of the commission.

II. PAYMENT
All commissions must be paid in full upfront.

Please do not send a payment until I approve the commission / contact you when I am ready to start.
The currency accepted is USD through paypal.
For commercial art, the commissioner must sign the contractual agreement form and pay the commercial fee.
Commercial fees start at $100.00, rates may differ depending on the project.

III. PROCESS
Work In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it and if the price exceeds $75.
WIPs might be given as well if I, the artist, wants input about something in the commission.
The approximate completion time for any commission can be up to 1 month depending on many factors such as:
wait list
complexity
health
travel
family
work
If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.

IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However, after a commission is finished only minor changes can be made.
Such as minor coloring/marking mistakes.
Any big changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition / subtraction, background change or anything that ends with me redrawing the character / background.
If the reference provided was unclear to start with, then minor changes may not be made without a fee.
Make sure to be clear in your order what you're aiming for.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore, I' am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Promote myself within any place or site.
Publish in books.
Display or post it anywhere I want.
Use as a reference in my portfolio.
The commissioner is allowed to:
Use the artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If the copyright infringement is broken, every right the commissioner had to the drawing will be retracted.

Under no circumstances may the commissioner cancel or demand a refund after the payment is received.
